Terms & Agreement

As a Client Member enrolling by using the online forms or contacting any legal service agent for assistance, you (client member and/or spouse) agree to pay America's Legal Connection according to the scheduled plan payments.

The application fee will be deducted within 24 hrs of processing and remains in effect until the member notifies in writing of a cancellation request. Application fee is non-refundable.

Client understands that this is an ongoing monthly service fee and will be automatically renewed monthly until terminated. Client must submit a “Cancellation of Membership" before 10 days prior to the next billing. If the Client Member cancels this membership for any reason within the 10 days of the next billing, the Client Member will have one final payment deducted, after which no further payments will be deducted and the client will be considered a De-Activated Member.Any intentions of logging back into the system, you will be notified your account has been de-activated, and administration will have to be called at 1-303-495-3540.

If monthly payment is unavailable for collection on the date stated in the application (also known as a monthaversary) America's Legal Connection or its assignee shall have the right at any time to debit any past-due payments without the consent of the Client. The Client shall be liable for any payments not made plus all collection and legal fees incurred by the company to collect past dues.

If payment is not received; the company may report late payments to the proper credit reporting agencies. Any and all clients with past-due amounts will be given the opportunity to settle a balance prior to the reporting to collection agencies. Notification via the Client Member’s log in access will inform the client member that their balance is due immediately and no further access into the system will be allowed, except into the billing area for proper changes and to update payments. Any Client in default will be reported to collection agencies and Client will be responsible for payments owed, collection fees, court costs, and any reasonable legal fees incurred by the company to process the claim.

The Client Member is provided the ability to update and modify their own profile. It will be up to the Client Member to ensure their payment information is accurate.

I Ocean Companies and it’s employees shall in no way incur any financial obligation to the Attorney Affiliates with regards to any Client Members.  Employees are in no way responsible for payments made to any of the Attorney Affiliates for representation by the Attorney Affiliate of the Client Members and their legal issues. We are not held financially liable for  any agreements the Client Member has created with the Attorney Affiliates

Failure to utilize the Client Membership resources in no way waives any monthly payments or cancels membership. Client is responsible to cancel membership period in writing as previously stated.

Privacy Policy Statement

Our Client Member information is private and held as strictly confidential by America's Legal Connection, its subsidiaries and affiliates. To enable us to provide you with legal service assistance and to transfer this information to our Attorney Affiliates, specific information will be needed. All individuals with the access to personal information about our Client Members are required to follow this policy.

We are providing you with the privacy notice to inform you of what personal information we collect about you and how we treat that information. We hope this privacy notice will answer any questions you may have regarding such treatment of information. For any other concerns or comments, please view our "Contact Us" page.

Information that is collected:

We collect non-public, personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on an application or other forms such as: name, address, phone numbers, credit billing information, and social security numbers (SS numbers are not always required during initial application process.),

  • Information you may provide during visits to our web site, and

  • Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others.

Information we share:

  • We do not disclose any non-public, personal information about our clients or former clients to any non-Attorney Affiliates or other entities except as described below and otherwise permitted or requested by law. We may disclose all of the information we collect; as described above, to our Attorney Affiliates

  • When information is shared with companies that perform services on our behalf we protect against the subsequent disclosure of the information with a confidentiality agreement.

  • In no event do we disclose your personal information to companies that will use that information to contact you about their own products or services.

Our Security Procedures:

We restrict access to non-public, personal information about you to those persons who need such information to provide products or service to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with the Federal Regulations to guard your non-public personal information. Only Client Members have a  password-protected access into their profiles for viewing abilities. Attorney Affiliates have a separate password which gives them access ONLY into their firms’ profiles.
