America's Legal Connection is not structured as an insurance model. Many other legal expense insurance products have waiting periods, pre-existing conditions, exclusions, and limits on usage. This is because they have a financial exposure to usage. They are similar to HMOs and their plans may exclude many types of law in their coverage. As such many types of law may be excluded from their plans.

Taking the opposite approach we encourage our Client Members to use as much of the service as possible. Since we have no exclusions our services are quickly adaptable by many individuals instantly and without numerous forms to fill out or “fine print” to carefully review.
 


Any problems that may arise from a particular firm will be documented and may lead to a removal from the company. A quarterly profile review for all companies within America’s Legal Connection is mandated to provide the latest contact and updates within our data bases.

Some matters can be handled using our easy to use legal forms such as; simple divorce and custody cases and are extremely helpful and affordable to use. Current members may receive a free courtesy review of legal forms downloaded from our Pro se download section. Non-members may choose to have their forms reviewed for a $56.00 review fee.
